Field sales representatives, also known as outside sales representatives, are responsible for directly selling products or services to customers outside of the company's fixed premises. They often visit customers and potential customers on-site to build relationships and understand the customer's needs. Educationally, they may have studied sales, marketing, or similar fields, but many times experience and personal qualities are decisive.Responsibilities

They often use CRM systems for customer management and sales support, and are accustomed to working with various digital tools for presentations.
