About the role
Elevator mechanic apprentices are in training to become fully-fledged elevator mechanics and work under the supervision of experienced elevator mechanics. They undergo a combination of practical work and theoretical education, often through vocational school or apprenticeship programs. After completing their apprenticeship and passing the required exams, they can become certified elevator mechanics.Responsibilities
