As a meticulous claims adjuster at Fragus Group, you contribute to enhancing the car owner's experience of their car ownership and strengthening our relationship with our dealers and the workshops we collaborate with.

In the role of claims adjuster, you will assess reported vehicle damages and, with your technical expertise, make decisions on how the damage should be regulated. You will also act as the link between car owners, workshops, and our dealers.The work involves a lot of communication and requires a high level of good conduct in both speech and writing to best assist the customer in their claims process.Your work tools will primarily consist of phone and computer, and visits to workshops or dealers may also occur.You will be part of a wonderful team where we support each other, have fun at work, and value new ideas, thoughts, and knowledge exchange.The claims department in Mölndal currently consists of 9 people, and now we need to strengthen with another colleague, maybe it's you?

What we’re looking for

Skills
We are looking for someone who, Has good knowledge of vehicle technology and spare parts. Has experience in service, advice or handling of customer cases. Is solution-oriented, attentive and has good communication skills. Has a technical education in vehicles or equivalent experience with a few years of practical experience in the profession. Meritorious but not a requirement if you have practical experience working with electric cars. Is fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written. If you have experience as a workshop manager, assistant workshop manager, service technician or warranty and claims adjuster at a workshop, with car importers or insurance companies, it is a big plus.
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is passionate about service, understands and can explain technical functions/solutions, and is genuinely interested in helping our customers who have had damage to their car. You need to be thorough, structured, and efficient in how you perform your daily work as we handle many damage cases simultaneously. We operate in a constantly evolving market, and this requires you to be adaptable, curious, and have a positive attitude towards changes and new ways of working. Furthermore, you are a team player with good collaboration skills who likes to spread energy to the team.

It is close to the village area with sports facilities and nature in Änggårdsbergen.
