As a technical project manager, you will be responsible for leading both hardware and software projects. Ortoma has developed its own hardware that is used together with the surgeon's standard equipment during operations, as well as proprietary software that supports and follows the surgeon's workflow. The end product is a system that consists of both proprietary software and hardware components together with external components.In the role of technical project manager, you will be responsible for development projects, including organizing and ensuring that the project team works on the most prioritized tasks and delivers according to agreed timelines. You will also collaborate with marketing and product managers to describe and specify requirements that developers can implement in practice. Within hardware projects, this includes developing prototypes, testing the prototypes, and collaborating with the Operations department to ensure efficient production of hardware components.Within software projects, you will work with WPF and web-based products. In both cases, you will be responsible for documenting all development according to the company's quality management system.
