We are looking for two dedicated product owners who want to be part of developing assistive devices for people with disabilities.
Abilia is an international company with over 40 years of experience in digital aids. UX/UI DesignerAs a product owner at Abilia, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the direction of the company's products and services to the development team. You will translate customer needs into concrete requirements and make decisions about roadmaps and backlog prioritization. In the role of product owner, you will collaborate closely with portfolio managers and the development team to effectively drive projects forward. You will manage multiple parallel projects simultaneously and therefore need to prioritize tasks between them. The position is broad and we always work in an agile manner.

Skills
To succeed in this role, you have previous experience working with product development in software and also have an understanding of hardware development. You are used to working broadly and can balance two to three products at the same time and can prioritize among projects. You also have previous experience leading projects and estimating time requirements as well as creating schedules. It is an advantage if you have previously had close collaboration with development teams, or you may even have been a developer yourself. If you also have experience with medical technology products or other regulated industries, it is a bonus.
