In the role of Product Manager Compliance, you will have a key role in the development and management of areas such as cybersecurity according to ISO 21434, functional safety according to ISO 26262, as well as requirements management and testing according to ASPICE standards. You will be the main contact for SystemWeaver's largest customer projects, where you gather and prioritize customer requests and provide technical support to the company's sales team.You prioritize development projects, update the product development plan, and ensure high product quality. You lead the entire development process for solutions within compliance activities and constantly collaborate with experts and sales teams to stay updated on market needs and trends.Externally, you are a prominent expert in cybersecurity and functional safety. By engaging in both physical and digital forums, you strengthen SystemWeaver's brand. Internally, you lead the product team within compliance, contribute to the recruitment of new talents, act as a mentor and supervisor for thesis projects, and help develop educational materials.You work in a team consisting of Anders and Martin (both product managers), where Anders leads the team. You also join other colleagues such as Bashar, Magnus, and Marcus. What we’re looking for

Skills
You need to have experience in product management and understand what it means to work product-oriented. Here we see that you have at least six years of relevant experience after graduation. You have in-depth knowledge in either cybersecurity with TARA support according to ISO 21434, functional safety solutions according to ISO 26262, or requirements management and test methods according to ASPICE. You also need to have a basic understanding of security architecture and the software development processes in the industry. Previous experience working with SystemWeaver is highly appreciated but not required.
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is skilled at interacting with people in different contexts. You are good at communicating and coordinating with developers, and have the ability to lead and inspire your team. In this role, you will use your expertise to steer projects and lead with a proactive attitude. Being able to identify and develop new tasks, think ahead, and act based on your knowledge is crucial to succeed and contribute to SystemWeaver's progress.

At the turn of the year, SystemWeaver's 30 employees will move to the 23rd floor of Citygate – the largest office building in the Nordic region. The building is located in the Gårda area in Gothenburg. Here you have access to several restaurants, cafes, gyms, and bicycle hotels.Citygate is strategically located near the E6, and by car, you can quickly reach everything in and around Gothenburg. For those who travel by bus, the nearest stop is Vagnhallen Gårda. The tram is also a good option, with nearby stops like Ullevi Norra.
