Inbound Marketing manager
As an experienced marketer, you have the ability to scale up an inbound machinery and have probably done so before in another SaaS company. At Planima, you see a fantastic opportunity to join early in a growing team and together with our Head of Marketing, build an outstanding marketing department.Your responsibility will be to further develop and optimize Planima's inbound marketing as part of the overall marketing strategy. You will be continuously evaluated based on the total value generated from these activities.Strategy, Planning, and AnalysisTogether with the Head of Marketing, you will develop and coordinate overall campaigns and marketing efforts to strengthen our brand and generate leads.You will continuously develop and implement routines to measure, analyze, and report results from inbound activities.You will analyze the results from inbound activities and make strategic decisions about content, channel selection, and budget allocation.Production and DeliveryContentYou will be responsible for creating content for traffic-driving and converting communication, such as blog articles, landing pages, and organic posts and paid advertising on social media.You will continuously coordinate, publish, and follow up on lead-generating inbound campaigns in multiple channels.You will evaluate, update, and optimize the website's structure, content, and performance to maximize conversion.You will create and publish lead-generating web pages, such as blog articles, landing pages, and other surfaces that increase conversion.Together with our Head of Marketing, you will be an important part of Planima's marketing department.

Together with our Head of Marketing, you will be part of Planima's marketing team. However, we are still a relatively small company that works closely together, so you will also collaborate closely with other functions in the company, such as our sales and customer success teams. Your knowledge and ideas in the field are of course the most important, but we would also like you to be comfortable with several of the tools we currently use: Hubspot, Wordpress (Elementor), Ahrefs, GA4, Tag Manager, Albacross, Intercom, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads, among others. At Planima, our goal is always to work according to Lean principles. We try to avoid spending too much time on long planning processes. Instead, we aim to deliver value as quickly as possible and then iterate forward.
Personal Qualities
You are a creative mountaineer with altitude! Taking on challenges - both individually and together with colleagues, both inspires and motivates you. To be able to take on this role, we believe that you have several years of experience from B2B SaaS companies in the tech industry with documented success in building and driving an inbound machinery that continuously generates high-quality leads. We also believe that you have: Good understanding of complex customer journeys within B2B SaaS and the efforts required to generate leads in both volume and quality. Competence and understanding of all parts of traffic-driving SEO work. Documented experience in a B2B SaaS environment, taking competitive search phrases from unlisted to top-ranked. Experience in acting as a client and setting requirements for external consultants for the processes owned within the framework of inbound marketing. As a marketer, you are results-driven and goal-oriented - but at the same time, you realize that the path to results goes through a focus on human relationships. A genuine interest in both colleagues and understanding our target group's everyday life, challenges, and motivations is crucial to succeed in the role. You share Planima's view of the iterative work process and have a goal to quickly achieve initial results and then continuously improve both processes and content going forward.
