The position is home-based, and you also have access to our office in Mölndal if needed. We prefer that you live in the Västra Götaland region to effectively work with our customers. A company car is included in the position.

As a Key Account Manager at Fragus Group, you will have the overall responsibility for developing and managing sales within your assigned area. You will work strategically to identify and secure new high-potential business opportunities while also maintaining and further developing existing customer relationships. The role is operational and involves close contact with customers, requiring regular travel to meet both customers and potential business partners. You will be part of a Nordic sales team and contribute to its successes.Your tasks include building and nurturing long-term relationships with car dealers and partners, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving the entire sales process from prospecting to agreements and follow-ups. You will also create business strategies to develop your customer accounts and contribute to the team's shared goals and growth.

Skills
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry, finance, or insurance. Has an established and relevant network of contacts. Is business-driven, structured, and goal-oriented. Has strong communication skills and builds trust in the long term. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English. Holds a B driver's license.
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is passionate about service, understands and can explain technical functions/solutions, and is genuinely interested in helping our customers who have experienced damage to their car. You need to be meticulous, structured, and efficient in how you perform your daily work as we handle many damage cases simultaneously. We operate in a market that is constantly evolving, and this requires you as a person to be adaptable, curious, and have a positive attitude towards changes and new ways of working. Furthermore, you are a team player with good collaboration skills who enjoys spreading energy to the team. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Location

In 2014, we moved into our newly built office at Alfagatan 10 in Mölndal, next to Söderleden and the E6. Here we have gathered central functions within claims handling, IT, finance, business development, management, and administration. Here we have 1,500 m2 of office space with modern technology and excellent opportunities for meetings for smaller and larger groups. The area around Alfagatan is growing with both companies and housing, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and gyms nearby. It is close to the village area with sports facilities and nature in Änggårdsbergen.
