EkonomiansvarigAs an operational purchaser at Marten, you will be responsible for purchasing direct materials, indirect materials, and materials for new projects. Your tasks will include creating purchase orders, managing invoices, quotes, and registering information in our internal systems. You will also be involved in the daily tasks within the purchasing process. Additionally, you will have a coordinating role where you, together with existing staff, ensure that the right materials are available at the right time. You will have the opportunity to shape and leave your mark on the work.

For the role of purchaser, it is important to have competencies in purchasing, inventory management, and logistics. We are looking for someone who has good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel, and who has experience and an ability to quickly learn new IT systems. Experience in export and import is advantageous. We value accuracy, communication skills, and good social competence. You have a strong desire to develop and a technical interest. Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge of the business system Monitor and experience in procurement.Personal Qualities
