Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer security by early detection and further prevention of security and integrity breaches. You do this either through risk analysis and consulting or incident response and penetration testing. You will be part of a small team that is involved in managing a large and stable platform. You will work closely with developers and specialized security experts who get along well and learn from each other's experiences and knowledge. Ola, Miriam, and Emil will be your closest colleagues, but you will also work with other consultants with similar competencies as you. Remote workdays for this position vary depending on the customer and assignment. In some cases, you have the opportunity to work from home several days a week, and in other cases, work is required entirely on-site.

Skills

This role is suitable for you who have worked with information security such as risk analysis, consulting or security strategy. Maybe you have a certification like CISM, CISA or CISSP. We believe that you are interested in regulations and standards within the industry. If you also have experience with, for example, MSB's method support or technical knowledge in programming, networks that affect security, it is meritorious.

Active environmental choices

Zacco Digital Trust is not completely climate neutral but works to make as small an impact on the environment as possible. We are committed to sustainability in several areas such as environmental considerations, social and economic responsibility, and business ethics. In addition, we try to minimize energy and water usage in our office buildings, vehicles, and processes by preserving supply and minimizing consumption of natural resources. In addition to this, we actively work on sorting and minimizing our waste and by reusing or recycling as much as possible. Purchasing of products and services for the company is also done with the least possible impact on the environment.

Diversity

Currently, Zacco Digital Trust consists mainly of men, which we find unfortunate but almost inevitable due to the lack of women in the tech industry. However, the office as a whole has a greater gender diversity, with approximately a 50/50 split between women and men.

Personal development

At Zacco, we have a basic program for competence development for all employees. Here you can choose your own track based on how you want to further develop yourself in your work. As the technology field is rapidly advancing, we need to actively work with competence development to avoid falling behind. Therefore, we have common occasions for competence development where employees gather around current topics and techniques. It can, for example, be about comparing different cloud technologies, tools, standards, vulnerabilities, or trends in cybercrime. All employees at Zacco also work based on an individual development plan that is based on where the individual is and what ambitions they have to move forward. To facilitate the work processes and create conditions for everyone to do a good job, we are also careful to bring together junior competences with more senior consultants on the same assignment.

Location

You can find our office at Theres Svenssons street 13 in Lindholmen. On the fourth and fifth floor, approximately 70 employees work as patent engineers, trademark lawyers, software developers, and cybersecurity consultants. The office has an open landscape with a cozy atmosphere and large windows that provide both natural light and a view of the water. Additionally, there is a large balcony that is popular during both lunchtime and after work. You can reach the office by car, bus, bike, or even by boat. The area around the office offers several nice lunch restaurants and cafes. Our favorites are Dirty Dough and Kooperativet, which are Lindholmen's own food market.
