As Head of Sales at Icore Solutions, you will have the following responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of three account executives to drive consistent growth through new customer acquisitions.Participate in the iCore Management Team to influence and improve the company's strategic direction and implementation.Work closely with other departments to maximize sales potential at every customer interaction.Develop clear goals, coaching initiatives, and a data-driven approach to monitor and improve the performance of the sales team.Build and maintain a motivated and high-performing sales team.Take responsibility for selecting and implementing tools and applications that enable the team to work efficiently.Promote a company-wide, sales-focused mindset.

About you: A documented success in Enterprise B2B SaaS, with personal success in new sales and experience in leading high-performing sales teams. Deep understanding of customer needs within medium to large segments and knowledge of digital transformation strategies. Expertise in creating and implementing ambitious sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing sales initiatives. Proficiency with CRM systems and other modern sales tools.
Personal Qualities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and inspire new talent. A curious, driven, and courageous approach to challenges.
