You enter a tightly knit group where decision paths are short and your contribution plays a big role in moving forward. In this role, you collaborate with colleagues in the early stages of the sales process to find the best location for installation and operation of the Food Radar technology. You will actively participate in technical discussions with the customer during the sales phase. Each customer is unique and together with the customer, we develop a solution.Together with Alex and Joakim, you will be responsible for the installation and integration of the technology globally, which means you can look forward to some travel. You work with the customer and the rest of the team to establish best practices and ensure that the system is used correctly.You and Joakim are responsible for the development of the technology and how it can best be applied to the customer. You troubleshoot where errors have occurred and proactively test components to ensure quality and durability. You create customer-specific design drawings in CAD with pipe sizing and component placement, among other things.We work with major food producers in, among other places, the USA, South America, Spain, and Italy. The role includes 20-30 travel days per year where, in addition to work, we make sure to eat well and have a good time together.
