Experienced DevOps developer with an interest in operations and cloud who wishes to reach their full potential at a modern tech company. Yoin Technologies is a young and modern tech company consisting of a small but close-knit team with a variety of different experiences and skills. They are now looking for a skilled DevOps developer with a focus on servers and infrastructure who wants to be part of lifting up a larger system in a cloud environment.

At Yoin Technologies, your main mission is to assist customers and take their technical environments to the next level. Depending on your level of experience, you will either handle updates and further development of customers' environments or take on a greater responsibility and manage the process when the customer completely leaves a classic Linux operating environment and switches to a more modern cloud/Azure environment. Regardless of which part of the process you take on, you will primarily work on writing guidelines, migrating applications, and ensuring that the environments can communicate with each other properly.As Yoin Technologies conducts incubator activities, you can look forward to a lot of exciting projects. With its broad knowledge and extensive network, it enables driven entrepreneurs to realize their ideas. Here, you become an important piece of the puzzle in the work of testing feasibility and developing prototypes to see if the idea is sustainable.Currently, Yoin Technologies consists of 12 experienced developers, and you will work closely with everyone and both give and receive knowledge that benefits the work. The team you work in varies depending on which project or projects you work on, but the goal is always to be part of a team of at least 3-4 people where you collectively work towards the same project and customer. From the start, some of your closest colleagues will be Marcus, Peter, and Fredrik.

Skills

To fit into this role, you should have previous experience as a DevOps developer and be driven by creating environments according to the DevOps culture. You should also have good experience with infrastructure in general and an interest related to operations and cloud.

As for right now, Yoin does not have a policy regarding active environmental work at the company, but they prioritize sorting waste at the office and making purchases with potential environmental impact in mind. They do however have a policy of having offices near public transportation, such as buses, trains, and trams, so that employees can avoid taking the car to the office.

Location

Yoin Technologies office is located on the 15th floor of one of Gothenburg's landmarks, "Läppstiftet," at Lilla Bommen 1. Here, about 12 employees are working as developers, system architects, UX designers, and Scrum masters.The office is brightly open with both private rooms and common areas. The view and the simplicity of being where everything is, are some of Yoin's favorite things about the office. The central location, with Brunnsparken just a 5-minute walk away, makes it easy to get to the office by bus, tram, or bike.The proximity to the city center offers several nice lunch places. Usually, the employees go out to eat together, and Takame and Lilla Hanoi are real favorites.
