As a development lead, you have the opportunity to be the leading profile in the company in web development and a significant part of Yoins' forward-looking efforts. Together with other area managers in DevOps and Test, you will build a strong and competent team to meet customers' needs in the best possible way.You will spend a lot of time with customers, but also building up the business in your area. Here, your experience in conducting software development projects and your solid knowledge in product development, back-end and front-end development, as well as cloud platforms, will be important factors as the company strives to reach its new goals.As you come in as a lead and take responsibility for web development, you will be involved in building your own team, but in your day-to-day work, you will of course have the support of the 15 individuals such as Marcus, Johan, and Henrik.Since Yoin Technologies operates an incubator, you can look forward to a lot of exciting projects. With its broad knowledge and extensive network, it enables driven entrepreneurs to realize their ideas. Here, you will be an important piece of the puzzle in the work of testing feasibility and developing prototypes to see if the idea is sustainable.

What we’re looking for

Skills
To fit into this role, you should have several years of experience in software development and web development, as well as experience with larger responsibilities, such as leading a development team or being technically responsible for a larger service or product. Experience with .NET, Java, and/or Python is a big plus, as well as Azure or another major cloud platform.
Personal Qualities

They do however have a policy of having offices near public transportation, such as buses, trains, and trams, so that employees can avoid taking the car to the office.

Location

Yoin Technologies office is located on the 15th floor of one of Gothenburg's landmarks, "Läppstiftet," at Lilla Bommen 1. Here, about 12 employees are working as developers, system architects, UX designers, and Scrum masters.The office is brightly open with both private rooms and common areas. The view and the simplicity of being where everything is, are some of Yoin's favorite things about the office. The central location, with Brunnsparken just a 5-minute walk away, makes it easy to get to the office by bus, tram, or bike.The proximity to the city center offers several nice lunch places. Usually, the employees go out to eat together, and Takame and Lilla Hanoi are real favorites.
