This is done by studying new technologies before new assignments and by participating in web-based trainings paid for by the company. DotNet Mentor regularly holds 'knowledge share' sessions where we share our experiences. In addition, DotNet attends various developer conferences around the world, such as Berlin, Iceland, and New York, with the aim of both developing and learning, as well as having fun together as a team. New employees at the company are well taken care of from the start and get the opportunity to work closely with senior developers to learn and integrate into the company. DotNet Mentors office is located on the 7th floor in an office complex on First Long Street 22 in central Gothenburg. Here, eight employees, all working as developers, sit in a bright and airy office space with a fantastic view of both the city and the Gothenburg harbor. They share the office with two other companies and prioritize a positive and inclusive atmosphere and office culture. The proximity to Jrntorget provides the opportunity for connections with public transportation throughout the city, making it easy to get to and from the office. Just one street down is Second Long Street, which is full of great lunch restaurants for eating out or buying food to bring back to the office. In addition to the usual shared breakfasts and lunches, there are also a lot of ping pong matches played during the day.
