Our customers are medium-sized companies in Sweden. Our unique management system allows the management to increase the profitability of their company by millions of kronor in a secure and systematic way. It may sound too good to be true, but it is actually our experience. CPS Sweden has previously had a long and successful operation but has been struggling for a number of years. Now investments have been made in a new state-of-the-art IT platform and CPS Sweden is ready for a powerful restart of the business. We look forward to welcoming you to our team.

As a sales-oriented CEO at CPS Sweden AB, you will be responsible for leading and driving the company's sales and marketing processes. You will give presentations, workshops, and breakfast meetings for CEOs, management teams, boards, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will be the project manager for carrying out assignments in close collaboration with our own IT function and the client company. Many of the companies we have previously worked with have received awards such as 'CEO of the Year', 'Best in the Industry', 'Export Company of the Year', 'Gazelle of the Year', and 'Charcuterie Company of the Year', among others. Our client assignments usually extend over several years, and we continuously adapt our customized management systems to the client company's and market's changes. It is a varied and very inspiring role where you get to work with engaged management teams, contribute to their success, and lead the development of perhaps the market's most effective management tools.

To succeed and thrive in the role of sales-oriented CEO, you need to have a few years of experience in selling consulting services, finance, and IT. In this role, it is also important that you have a broad knowledge of the various functions and processes that are normally found in medium-sized and larger companies.

We are at Covendum on Avenyn in Gothenburg where we meet a few days a week. You can choose whether you want to book a separate room or sit in an open office landscape with others.Breakfast is served every day, coffee breaks and after work events a few days a month. It is close to restaurants, shops and public transportation is right outside the door.
