You become part of a team with a lot of freedom and the opportunity to work innovatively. Together, you are responsible for producing a functioning application software for a complete radar system. Your main focus is on data management, logic chains, and programming - either in object-oriented C++ or Java.In this role, you will be accompanied by colleagues such as Gonzalo, Mathias, and Tove, among others. You will mostly work on-site with the client, but with some possibility for remote work.At Veprox, we place great importance on getting to know each consultant and their goals, with a management that truly cares and takes time for personal relationships.

What we’re looking for

Skills
We prefer that you have worked as a software developer for at least four years after completing your degree, and that you have good knowledge of either C++ or Java. This role also requires Swedish citizenship (no dual).
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who collaborates well in all types of groups, with a drive to independently lead your work forward. We would like to see that you are a problem solver with good organizational skills, especially in configuration management. It is also important to have a humble attitude and a genuine interest in new methods and ways of working.

Location

Veprox office is located at Fiskhamnsgatan 10, in the Majorna area of Gothenburg. Here we sit in an open office landscape on the 6th floor of a building that offers a fantastic view of the water. With a view in all four directions, the office gets plenty of natural light.Many people in the office prefer to bring their own food or get something from one of the nearby lunch places. We also have Café Majnabbe in the same building and Fiskhamnen Lunch and Café just a few hundred meters away - both popular lunch places among us in the office.For those who take public transportation, the Chapmans Torg stop is about a seven-minute walk from Veprox office. If you take the car, you have the opportunity to rent a space in the parking lot outside the office.
