Yoin Technologies is a young and modern tech company consisting of a small but close-knit group with a range of different experiences and skills. Npw they are looking for a skilled tester with several years of experience in testing and verification who wants to become a leading star in Yoin's test team.

As Test Lead, you will have the opportunity to be the companys leading profile within testing and become a significant part of their forward-thinking strategy. Together with other area leads in DevOps and Test, you will build a strong and competent team to meet customer needs in the best way possible. You will spend a lot of time working with customers, but also building up the business within your area. Your experience in testing web applications and your foundational knowledge of programming automated tests, UI testing frameworks, and larger load or stress testing frameworks will be important factors in the company's journey towards its goals.As the lead in test, you will have the opportunity to build your own team, but you will also receive support from the 12 individuals who make Yoin Technologies what it is today, for example Marcus, Johan, and Henrik.As Yoin Technologies operates an incubator, you can look forward to exciting projects. With their broad knowledge and extensive network, they make it possible for driven entrepreneurs to realize their ideas. Here, you will be an important piece in the work of testing feasibility and developing prototypes to see if the idea has potential.

Skills

To fit in this role, you should have several years of experience in test automation and testing of web applications. Experience with different types of test frameworks is a bonus, as well as a habit of programming automated tests. As you will take on a lead role, it is also good to have previous experience in leading teams of different sizes. As this company and role requires fluency in Swedish,the application questionnaires are only available in Swedish.

Location

Yoin Technologies office is located on the 15th floor of one of Gothenburg's landmarks, "Läppstiftet," at Lilla Bommen 1. Here, about 12 employees are working as developers, system architects, UX designers, and Scrum masters.The office is brightly open with both private rooms and common areas. The view and the simplicity of being where everything is, are some of Yoin's favorite things about the office. The central location, with Brunnsparken just a 5-minute walk away, makes it easy to get to the office by bus, tram, or bike.The proximity to the city center offers several nice lunch places. Usually, the employees go out to eat together, and Takame and Lilla Hanoi are real favorites.
