As an employee at MinCFO, you will be responsible for designing and building the company's core platform from scratch. You will develop new features and integrations as well as ensure that the system is secure, scalable, and well-structured. The role involves close collaboration with the founders and product stakeholders, where you take technical ownership and define development processes and workflows.The work includes full-stack development, both frontend and backend, as well as building and documenting APIs and data flows. You will work with authentication, security, and data protection, as well as connect the system to financial tools and external services. The role also requires you to collaborate with founders and customers to enable rapid iterations. Additionally, you will set up DevOps and deploy pipelines, either from scratch or with support.

Requirements and qualifications for system developers A solid foundation in the field is desirable, but we also value the willingness to learn and develop. We prefer that you have at least three years of experience in full-stack or related development and enjoy working across both frontend and backend. You have worked with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular) and are comfortable with backend technologies such as Python, Java, or Ruby (not necessary to know all). You have built APIs and worked with databases (SQL/NoSQL), have been in contact with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and understand the basics of security, authentication, and scalable architecture. You are familiar with CI/CD, deployment, and version control, are self-driven, and confident in taking responsibility for your tasks and delivering high-quality solutions.
