At Heysid, you will work on developing systems used to analyze target groups. Your work will involve the entire process, from collecting and enriching data to cleaning and compiling datasets for further use.An important part of your role is to develop AI-driven agents that can perform autonomous research on companies, analyze target group data, and make decisions under human supervision. This work takes place at the intersection of large language models (LLMs) and marketing intelligence.You will also work on integrating and automating various systems, such as ad platforms, LinkedIn, Meta, CRM systems, and payment solutions. This includes designing efficient data flows that reduce manual work for the team and create a seamless experience for customers.Another important part of your role is to be responsible for launching new products and leading the development of new features, from the idea stage to production.Finally, you will contribute to shaping the product strategy by collaborating on roadmaps. This involves designing data models and making decisions about which customer-oriented tools or analytical instruments should be developed in the future.

What we’re looking for

Skills
To succeed in the role, it is important to have experience working with TypeScript and React together with Tailwind CSS on the frontend. On the backend, we use Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Drizzle ORM for type-safe database queries. We deploy on Vercel with GitHub Actions managing CI/CD and use Datadog for monitoring. These technologies are central to handling the tasks and contributing to the development of solutions.
