As a software developer at HiQ, you will work on system development, databases, APIs, architecture, and other development tools, with a primary focus on C, C++, and/or Python, depending on your expertise. The projects you undertake will vary in direction and size, and can be carried out both in-house and at client sites. As a software developer, you will be part of the software development department, where some of your colleagues from the start will be Camilla, Martin, and Nafiseh. These three, and of course many others, will welcome you to HiQ with open arms.

What we’re looking for

Skills

To fit into the role of a software developer, you should have at least 3 years of work experience in C, C++, and/or Python, a relevant university degree, and a genuine interest in software development and innovative technology. In this role, you will use both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, so you should be comfortable with both languages at a higher professional level. As this company and role requires fluency in Swedish,the application questionnaires are only available in Swedish.

Here, in a large bright office with an open floor plan and several conference rooms for workshops and creative meetings, about 220 colleagues work as software developers, business developers, requirement analysts, project managers, and business developers, among other roles. In addition to its beautiful premises, HiQ also has a really nice rooftop terrace with a view of the entire city. The employees often gather here to celebrate or do fun things together.
