The product SystemWeaver is a highly flexible platform that is customized to the customer's needs in different stages of product development. Your daily work is divided into two main areas - first and foremost technical sales, where you work together with our sales team and customers in the early stages to understand their workflows and challenges. Your goal is to identify how SystemWeaver can effectively improve their operations. Here, you utilize your ability to understand the whole process and quickly transform analysis into practical implementation proposals.In the second part of the role, you work with SystemWeaver's rollout, which involves setting up, configuring, and integrating SystemWeaver in user environments. Here, your overall goal is to simplify and accelerate the work for SystemWeaver end users, while delivering a solution that guarantees high product quality through what we call 'continuous compliance'. During the implementation phase, you act as project manager for the SystemWeaver team and as the contact person for the customer. Over time, you will also learn how to create a SystemWeaver demo database and implement it in the customer's environment.You work closely with Key Account Managers, SystemWeaver Architects, Application Engineers, and Product Owners. Here you will find colleagues like Magnus, Peter, Jan, Anders, and Andreas. What we’re looking for

Skills
We believe that you have at least ten years of relevant experience, most likely as an engineer and preferably in software or embedded systems. Experience working with ERP, PLM, or ALM systems and change processes is a big advantage. We see that you have previously worked in a customer-oriented role and that you are familiar with ROI analysis, competitor analysis, Pro/Con analysis, and similar. Basic experience with different scripting languages like Python, or understanding of XML is a plus. Knowledge of SystemWeaver is also advantageous.
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is skilled at analyzing and understanding complex processes, and who can communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers. You have the ability to think abstractly and have a knack for formulating solutions to a problem as an algorithm or a program.

Location

At the turn of the year, SystemWeaver's 30 employees will move to the 23rd floor of Citygate – the largest office building in the Nordic region. The building is located in the Gårda area in Gothenburg. Here you have access to several restaurants, cafes, gyms, and bicycle hotels.Citygate is strategically located near the E6, and by car, you can quickly reach everything in and around Gothenburg. For those who travel by bus, the nearest stop is Vagnhallen Gårda. The tram is also a good option, with nearby stops like Ullevi Norra.
