HEM has a clear goal to develop and strengthen its management structure. By taking responsibility for the company's new department 'Common Systems Management', you become a key figure in the entire company.As the system management chief, you will familiarize yourself with HEM's organizational structure and common IT systems, and then build up the common management organization from scratch. You will thus have the main responsibility for the total system landscape. You will also have a work environment and personnel responsibility for the unit's employees, as well as the ultimate responsibility for the budget and follow-up of managed systems.Clear leadership and good communication are central to this role. You should make the business understand both what they should do and why. You will also have an external responsibility where you will represent HEM in Halmstad Municipality's management council and coordinate with various system suppliers.At HEM, you work mostly on-site in the company's modern and fresh premises in Halmstad. In your work, you will be supported by colleagues such as Isaac, Eric, Jenny, Christer, and Jesper.

What we’re looking for

Skills
In the role of HEM's new system management chief, you need to have experience in management work with previous personnel responsibility. You have good knowledge of the PM3 model and a background in IT and system management. Previous experience in building and developing a business area is of great importance. Previous experience in budget responsibility is also central to the role. You also have well-documented leadership experience, and perhaps you have also led managers in a previous job. Experience in the public sector is a big plus, as is knowledge of procurement.
Personal Qualities
HEM values your leadership and pedagogical skills highly and sees that you are a person who is driven and not afraid to encounter resistance. Your ability to explain and educate users in changed processes and systems will be central. A combination of being human and structured makes you a strong candidate for this role. *The position may be classified as security-sensitive and a security clearance will then be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act.

Halmstad Energy and Environment's head office is located at Svartalundsvägen 2, between Halmstad city center and the Flygstaden shopping area. In an open and cozy office landscape, 140 employees with various areas of expertise, including Distribution, Finance, Sales, IT, HR, and Communication, work.The office is easy to reach by car, bus, bike, and on foot, with just under 15 minutes from central Halmstad. Both the Flygstaden shopping area and the city center offer plenty of nice lunch places, but you also have the option to order lunch delivered directly to the office.
