The workday begins with you heading to the current workplace, where you meet up with your colleagues to go through the day's planning and distribute tasks together. During the day, you work with welding, and while the welds cool down, you move on to the next work step. In collaboration with a supervisor, you may also have the opportunity to inspect new projects in the nearby area. During these occasions, you review the site drawings, examine the conditions, and plan how the work can be carried out efficiently. You also identify if there is a need to order materials. When the workday ends, everyone helps with cleaning and tidying up. Before leaving for the day, you take a few minutes to reflect on the day's work and plan for tomorrow, before getting in the car and heading home. This job is perfect for you if you appreciate variety and enjoy working outdoors. Initially, you will work together with experienced colleagues, which gives you the opportunity to feel secure and prepared before taking on your own assignments.
