At MinCFO, you will be responsible for the ongoing bookkeeping as well as working with both monthly and annual financial statements. You will have overall responsibility for the payroll process, which includes everything from reporting to payment and reporting. The role also includes developing and ensuring the quality of reporting as well as driving improvements and developing the company's processes. You will support customers with their financial follow-up and reporting, analyze their profitability, and provide advice. In addition, you will act as an internal knowledge resource and serve as a sounding board for the team.

Skills
For the role of accounting economist, it is important to have at least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably from an agency, as well as experience in independently managing accounting and financial statements. Documented experience in payroll management, preferably with multiple collective agreements, is advantageous. A deep understanding of the accounting field and preferably experience in financial management is also significant. Good system proficiency, where knowledge in Fortnox is a plus. The ability to build trust in customer relationships and coach colleagues is an important part of the role. Extra points if you have run your own agency or been responsible for an accounting and payroll department. Knowledge of Swedish and English is also important for handling the tasks effectively.
