As a production manager, you are responsible for production and logistics at our facility in Kvarntorp. The role is a central part of the facility's management team and combines operational leadership with strategic business development.
Nouryon creates tailored chemical solutions by combining research, development, and manufacturing with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and innovation. Through continuous improvements and close collaboration with customers and partners, we drive development forward. At least 5 years of experience and knowledge in production management and manufacturing are required.

HSES &PQC ManagerAt Nouryon, you will play a central role in leading and developing the organizations within production and logistics. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support the site's goals and long-term development. An important part of your work is to be a driving force in creating and maintaining a strong safety culture where all employees feel a personal responsibility, both for their own safety and for the well-being of their colleagues. You will lead and drive the organization's change and improvement efforts, focusing on ensuring that new working methods lead to lasting results. Developing the organization's competence is also a priority, where you contribute to strengthening the team through structured work in leadership, technical expertise, and employee development.The role includes driving improvements in areas such as process stability, availability, quality, and productivity. This is done through fact-based analysis and close collaboration between production, maintenance, engineering, and logistics. You will be responsible for budget, results, and resource planning within your area, while ensuring that the operations comply with requirements in safety, environment, energy, quality, and productivity.As an active member of the site's management team, you will contribute to shaping the future development of the operations. You will also work to create close collaboration between different functions, with the goal of ensuring that the organization acts as a cohesive team, regardless of role.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a leading position within the process industry. You have experience from the chemical industry or other operations with complex processes and high demands on safety and operational reliability. You have documented experience in developing businesses, organizations, or working methods with lasting results, and you are accustomed to building engagement and developing a safety culture in an industrial environment. You have a good understanding of chemical processes and how process stability, availability, quality, and safety are interconnected. You have worked with key performance indicators and structured improvement work and hold an academic degree in engineering, chemical engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite.
