As an employee at B. Braun, you will be responsible for your district in southern Sweden and play a crucial role as a link between the company's innovative solutions and healthcare needs. Your work will involve building and maintaining relationships with doctors, nurses, and purchasers, which is an important part of the role. A significant aspect of the job is being present in the operating room to ensure that the products are used correctly and effectively. You will combine sales work with supporting healthcare by offering training, introductions, and product testing. Although the work is carried out independently, you are part of a team with six colleagues spread across Sweden, where you share knowledge and support each other. In total, the company has over 60 employees in Sweden, and there is also close collaboration with colleagues in the Nordic countries. To help you develop in your role, B. Braun offers continuous training and coaching.

Skills
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education and a few years of work experience, preferably in sales or medtech. You have a technical interest and enjoy a customer-oriented role, have a natural drive, and are used to working goal-oriented.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English as well as experience using the Office suite and CRM systems is important. If you have experience in healthcare or sales of medical technology products, we see it as a plus, but the most important thing is your personality and willingness to grow with us.

This service is based in the southern region, so you operate from the area around Malmö and Lund and work from a home office.Our Swedish office is located at Svärdvägen 21 in Danderyd, a few minutes from Mörby Centrum. Here, you are close to the subway, buses, and the E18, making it easy to get here regardless of how you travel. In Mörby Centrum, you can find most of what you need in everyday life—shops, cafes, restaurants, and services.The area is green and peaceful, with lovely walking paths along Edsviken nearby.
