As an IT support technician with us, you will provide first-class technical support to users through phone, email, and remote control. Primarily, it is about supporting the internal organization, but you are also open to participating in consulting assignments with our external customers.Your main tasks include diagnosing and solving technical problems to minimize disruptions. You are responsible for the installation and configuration of hardware and software and manage user accounts and access permissions. Documentation and reporting of incidents and solutions are also included in the work.You work in the support team where you join colleagues like Ulf, Emir, and Martin. At Aixia, you not only get to work with the latest in AI and IT, but you also become part of a community where your dreams and ambitions are taken seriously. What we’re looking for

Skills
To thrive in this role, you need to have relevant education or work experience in IT support. You have knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Office suite, as well as a basic understanding of networks and hardware issues. You have a driver's license B and we also see that you have an easy time communicating in both Swedish and English.

We prefer that you are proactive and independent in your problem solving and that you thrive in a rapidly changing environment. You are communicative with a strong focus on service and are driven by finding solutions and creating satisfied users and customers.

Du hittar Aixias kontor på Taljegårdsgatan 11 i Mölndal, som är beläget i området Åbro. Kontoret har en blandning av separata kontorsrum och öppna kontorslandskap. Det är ett bra läge med närhet till trafikleder, kollektivtrafik och restauranger. Fastigheten har nära till både E6 och Söderleden, samt goda allmänna kommunikationer och gång- och cykelvägar. Du som tar bilen har parkeringsmöjligheter alldeles utanför dörren.
