As a front-end developer, you will play a central role in defining and implementing the architecture for Factoringgruppen's user-friendly solutions. You'll be part of a team with a long history of creating smart tools and scalable solutions for the company's employees and customers. You will also have an active role in transforming ideas into concrete technical implementations, always aiming to create solutions where the digital meets the human in a harmonious way.You will work closely with the dev team, currently consisting of full-stack developers Petter, Jonas, and David. Close collaboration with the company's marketing and digital sales departments is also expected.Factoring Group has designated remote workdays on Mondays and Tuesdays (for those who wish). On other days, employees are physically present at the office, which is centrally located by the idyllic Näckrosdammen.

Skills

To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have at least three solid years of experience developing in React.js and Typescript. Loving UX and having a keen eye for design is crucial. Additionally, Factoringgruppen expects you to be proficient in Figma and adept at understanding, building, and developing APIs.

Personal Qualities

The company would like you to be someone who can work independently, is quality-conscious, and can identify when something is "good enough". Factoringgruppen's headquarters is located at Lyckans väg 2B in Gothenburg, centrally located right next to Näckrosdammen. Approximately 30 employees work here, dealing with various aspects of development and sales, in an open office layout in the historic building, Villa Wijk.The office is just a short walk from central hubs like Avenyn and Korsvägen, where several buses and trams quickly get you around. It's also within cycling distance to various parts of the city, and bike parking is available adjacent to the office.At Factoringgruppen, they take special pride in the office's location. When you step up to the area, both car noise and tram sounds fade away, and you are instead greeted by bird songs and greenery. Walks around Näckrosdammen and lunches on the patio outside the office are popular mid-day activities, especially when the weather is sunny.
