EkonomiansvarigAs a housekeeper at StdBolaget, you will play a central role in ensuring that guests have a high-quality and pleasant experience. Your responsibilities include leading and planning cleaning work as well as ensuring that both the hotel's rooms and common areas maintain a high standard.Since you work closely with the customer daily, it is important that you have good communication skills. The work is varied and can change from day to day depending on occupancy and other circumstances.You will be part of our group of team leaders and operational managers. As we are in a startup phase with this customer, you will have the opportunity to be involved in recruiting parts of your team. StdBolaget will conduct recruitments continuously.

To thrive and succeed in the role of housekeeper, you have experience in hotel cleaning or similar work and enjoy combining practical tasks with overall responsibility. You are meticulous, structured, and service-oriented, enjoy close customer contact, and are driven to deliver high and consistent quality every day. You collaborate well with others, can take responsibility for both people and finances, and have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Last but not least, you like dogs and are not allergic to fur animals since dogs are welcome to stay overnight.Personal Qualities

Städbolaget is located in modern premises in the industrial area of Högsbo. The office space spans 650 square meters and was renovated as recently as 2019. It features both open-plan areas and several individual offices, as well as changing rooms with showers.It is common for employees to have lunch together in the office, but for those who have forgotten their packed lunch, there is an approved lunch restaurant conveniently located across the street. If you have a sweet tooth, you can look forward to Friday fika (coffee break) at 2 PM.There are plenty of parking spaces available outside the office, as well as good bus connections for those who prefer public transportation. The nearest bus stop is approximately 250 meters away.
