GrundareAs a supervisor at Falkdahl, you will be responsible for your own ground and construction projects, from the initial planning phase to the final delivery. The role involves maintaining close dialogue with customers, where you identify their needs, present solutions, prepare quotes, and ensure that projects are carried out according to plan. You will lead and coordinate skilled workers, machine operators, and subcontractors, while also ensuring that production runs smoothly with a focus on quality, work environment, and safety in daily operations. Your tasks will also include planning resources, monitoring schedules and project finances, as well as managing documentation, self-checks, and follow-ups in a structured manner.This role suits someone who enjoys taking responsibility, making decisions, and planning several steps ahead. You need to be comfortable both having dialogues with customers and being out in the production environment. The ability to create structure even in a high-paced setting is important. What we’re looking for
Skills
At least 5 years of experience in the civil engineering and construction industry. Experience as a supervisor, site manager, or equivalent. Practical experience in construction work, pipe laying, foundation work, and reading blueprints. Ability to plan, lead, and follow up on projects independently. Experience in coordinating personnel, machine operators, and subcontractors. Understanding of project economics. Knowledge of work environment, safety, and quality. Basic understanding of AMA construction standards. Computer proficiency and ease of working in digital systems. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Driver's license (B).Personal Qualities
