Hedin IT is the operation that provides digital services such as support, operation, and system development to the entire Hedin group and shapes how the entire group works with IT. Now, they are looking for several skilled application specialists with a good understanding of CRM and Dynamics who want to work with modern technologies in an industry that is in a time of change, where digitalization is really taking off.
In this role, you will be involved in leading the implementation of Dynamics CRM and working with various configurations, frameworks, and processes. In general, you will project manage the entire chain by being involved in identifying different business needs and then adapting systems to meet those needs. This includes working with design and user understanding on different levels.As an application specialist at Hedin IT, you will be part of the CRM team, which currently consists of 6 experienced CRM professionals, most of whom are based in Sweden but with two individuals based in Holland. Together, you will act as the bridge between the business and the business system. Head of CRM Anders and Technical CRM Manager Linus are two of the people who will welcome you to Hedin IT when you start. In addition to them, Helen, Hans, Andy and Jack are also part of your team.

Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have several years of experience as an application specialist within CRM systems and strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics. If you also have experience within the automotive industry and international companies and markets, you are the right person for the role. In this role, you will use both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, so you should be comfortable with both languages at a higher professional level. As this company and role requires fluency in Swedish,the application questionnaires are only available in Swedish.

Active environmental choices

Location

Hedin IT's newly built headquarters are located at Betagatan 2 in Mölndal, south of Gothenburg. Here, several departments within the Hedin Mobility Group will be gathered to work on IT, support, operations, and system development. The headquarters is almost 15,000 square meters in size and includes offices, conference rooms, a restaurant and café, lounge areas, a gym, and group exercise rooms.For those who drive to work, the office is easily accessible from the major roads around Gothenburg. If you prefer to use public transportation, several buses in the surrounding area can take you to hubs such as Marklandsgatan, Mölndal Centrum, and Heden in central Gothenburg within 15-30 minutes. Parking for both bicycles and cars is available outside the office.
